Swithin, Antony

Working name of William Antony Swithin Sarjeant (1935-2002), UK writer resident in Canada whose published workconsists of the four volumes of the Perilous Quest for Lyonesse series: Princes of Sandastre (1990), The Lords of the Stoney Mountains (1991), The Winds of the Wastelands (1992) and The Nine Gods of Safaddne (1993). Medieval historical adventures with fantasy ingredients, centred on an imaginary culture posited as existing on the real-world islet of Rockall (west of Ireland), they have more to do with Atlantis than with the traditional Arthurian Lyonesse.
