Sienkiewicz, Bill

(1958-    ) US Comics illustrator and writer whose early work has been compared to that of Neal Adams, combining highly polished and dynamic distortion with elements of photorealism. His Graphic Novels with writer Frank Miller include Love and War (graph 1986) and Elektra Assassin (graph 1987). He wrote and illustrated Stray Toasters (1988-1989) for Marvel Comics and illustrated Alan Moore's unfinished Big Numbers (2 issues 1990). [JC]
