This anthology series was anchored by Cabot as the mysterious head of a gloomy hotel. Each week he introduced stories about Ghosts, Vampires, Witches and other supernatural entities. Plots included: a young woman battles a ghost that wants to drive her out of her new house; a ghost wants her Twin sister to join her in death; a Voodoo practitioner conspires against his former son-in-law; and a college professor is, outside the classroom, a vampire. After 13 episodes GS changed format, dropping Cabot and placing less emphasis on the supernatural. Re-titled Circle of Fear, the new version lasted a further nine episodes. [BC]
