(1896-1940) US writer, famed for The Great Gatsby (1926). Two of the stories in Tales of the Jazz Age (coll 1922) are sf, and The Fantasy and Mystery Stories of F. Scott Fitzgerald (coll 1991) ed Peter Haining includes some fantasy of interest. [JC]
