Dick, Kay

(1915-2001) UK writer and editor, author of They: A Sequence of Unease (1977) and editor of three anthologies of fantasy and Supernatural Fiction: The Mandrake Root (anth 1946) and At Close of Eve (anth 1947), both ed as by Jeremy Scott, and The Uncertain Element (anth 1950). Her nonfiction Pierrot (1960) is told as though the biography of an immortal creature (> Commedia dell'Arte). [JC]
